We do not accept any returns on personalized items.  If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.  We will be more than happy to work with you on a solution.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
